Bone grafting is the technique where your jaw bone is improve or change for better placement of dental implants. This treatment is carried when a patients not having enough bone to support the dental implant treatment or having excessive jaw weakening. These weakening can is a result of decay tooth, gum problems, infected teeth or loss of teeth. Bone grafts are used for successfully placing dental implants into the areas where there is no teeth. Without the improvement of bone structure in the affected areas, it will be nearly impossible to place the implants since there will be insufficient supporting materials to secure the implants in place.
