There are several causes for a person to suffer from low vision. Poor eye vision can be caused by old age. The natural process of aging can cause deterioration in the visual acuity of a person. Other than this, the occurrence of certain diseases can also cause poor vision. A person may be suffering from diseases like glaucoma, cataract, infections and other problems that can cause a decrease in the visual ability. Even diabetes can lead to poor vision because of damage to the eye. There are millions of people who suffer from low vision, but only few of them are able to get rid of the poor vision.
